Terms of Service
1. The Service
RnBulkTools ("we", "us", "the service") provides AI-powered background removal and bulk file conversion tools available at rnbulktools.top. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime or output quality.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RnBulkTools to:
- Process or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your plan quota
- Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
- Interfere with the service or other users' access to it
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
4. File Processing
Files you upload are processed in memory and are never stored on our servers. Processed results are returned directly to your browser. We do not retain, share, or analyse your uploaded files.
5. Paid Plans & Billing
Paid plans (Starter, Ultimate) are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. API Access
API access is available to all plans subject to the quota limits of your plan. API keys must not be shared or embedded in client-side code. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are misused.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that background removal results will meet your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RnBulkTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy
1. What We Collect
Account data: If you register, we store your email address, username, and a hashed (bcrypt) version of your password. We never store plaintext passwords.
Usage data: We track the number of operations you perform (background removals, conversions) to enforce your plan quota. This data is associated with your account or session.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID, but never your card details — those remain with Stripe.
Traffic data: We record aggregate request counts per hour per endpoint (e.g. "14 background removal requests in the 3pm hour"). No personally identifiable information is attached to traffic logs.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- Your uploaded files — they are processed in RAM and never written to disk or stored
- IP addresses in any persistent form
- Browser fingerprints, advertising IDs, or third-party tracking data
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the service and enforce plan quotas
- To send transactional emails (email verification, account notices) via SendGrid
- To process payments via Stripe
- To display aggregate usage stats in your account dashboard
4. Third-Party Services
Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
SendGrid — transactional email. Subject to Twilio/SendGrid's Privacy Policy.
We use Google Fonts for typography, loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP per their standard CDN practices.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Usage counters (quota windows) expire after 2 hours. Monthly API usage stats are retained for billing reference. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@rnbulktools.top.
7. Cookies
We use a single httpOnly session cookie (auth_token) to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
8. Children
RnBulkTools is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
